Competition Adjudication: Standard GMEA Sheets for Caption Style Judging. Six Band Judges and separate auxiliary Judges.
Competition Awards: Silver Grand Champions, Gold Grand Champions, Best in Class and Superior in All Areas.
Stadium: New Artificial Turf Field!!! Medium Large Concrete Stadium with Press Box centered above 20 rows of seats. First row is 10 feet above paved track.
Warm-up Areas: Multiple sites for extended warm-up time. You will notice that due to our 5 warm-up areas you will have access to your area very early! NO MORE 30 minute warm-ups! You decide when you want to go in! Please allow yourself 5 minutes of travel time to reach the band entrance gate. Arriving too early is not neccessary. Optimally, we would like you to go straight through the gate with minimum wait time for you. Once you enter the gate you may use the track to enter from whichever side you choose. You will exit through the opposite endzone (same gate as the pit equipment will use).
Schedule: Reverse order of postmark within each class. Contest limited to 24 bands.
Timing: No timing penalties. Bands are asked to enter, perform, and exit at 15 minute intervals (20 for larger bands).
