| When an e-mail is sent to a group such as
All Staff or Second Grade Teachers, you can reply to the sender or respond to the entire
group. At the top of your message, click reply to send back to the sender, click Reply to All to send to the entire group. Always be cautious and check who the e-mail is being sent to before clicking send. ![]()

| JAM # 2 | How do I create a personal folder in Outlook to save important e-mails? |
To create a folder, go to File on the
menu bar. Select Folder and then Create Subfolder.
First name your new folder in the top field. Then select the folder you would
make your new folder a subfolder of.![]() |

| JAM #3 | When using Type to Learn, what do I do if the student gets the message: Your are already logged on? |
You must unlock data files for that individual
student. Go to the start screen for Type to Learn and press ctrl-alt-T and type the
password to get the teacher drop down menu. Select Unlock Data files. Select
you class name in the top field. Choose the single student button and then selct
student name. Click the unlock button and then the done button when finished.
