JAM #1 How do I reply to a group in Outlook when it is sent by one individual  to a group?
When an e-mail is sent to a group such as All Staff or Second Grade Teachers, you can reply to the sender or respond to the entire group.
At the top of your message, click reply to send back to the sender, click Reply to All to send to the entire group.  Always be cautious and check who the e-mail is being sent to before clicking send.

JAM #3 When using Type to Learn, what do I do if the student gets the message:  Your are already logged on?
You must unlock data files for that individual student.   Go to the start screen for Type to Learn and press ctrl-alt-T and type the password to get the teacher drop down menu.  Select Unlock Data files.  Select you class name in the top field.  Choose the single student button and then selct student name.   Click the unlock button and then the done button when finished.  This should allow the student to log in to their files/
