Creating
a Folder for Pages
1. Log on as a teacher.
2. Go to Windows File Manager.
3. Go to your H: drive. Be sure the H: is highlighted in blue.
4. Go to file, scroll down and click create directory.
5. Type FrontPage.
6. Highlight the folder FrontPage. Go to file, create directory and create a
folder called graphics.
7. Highlight the folder FrontPage again. Go to file, create directory, and
create a folder called photos.
8. You now have a place to store gifs and .jpgs.
9. Highlight the folder FrontPage. Go to file, create directory and create a
folder called webpages.

Print View | Preview your file. |

Cut | Ability to cut text or graphic out of the file and place on a clipboard. |

Copy | Ability to copy text or graphic highlighted to a temporary clipboard. |

Paste | Ability to paste cut or copied object into the place of cursor insertion. |

Undo | Undoing the last activity completed on the page. |
| |
Redo | Ability to redo the last activity undid. |
| |
FrontPage Component | FrontPage components that can be added to page. |
| |
Insert Table | The ability to insert a table. |
| |
Insert Graphic | The ability to insert a graphic.. |
| |
Create Hyperlink | The ability to create a hyperlink on the page |
| |
Back | The ability to go back and preview a page previously opened. |
| |
Forward | The ability to move forward to a page. |
| |
Refresh | A refresh button. |
| |
Stop | If a web page begins to load, the button will stop the loading. |
| |
Show/Hide | Paragraph tags and line breaks are displayed if chosen. |
| |
Help | A quick help utility if you have a question about a screen component. |
