Maintaining a web garden is very time consuming.  Many outside elements interfere with its growth and continued existence.  Many gardens growing on the web today are very unkept and are neglected.  Their pages no longer bloom.  Try to provide the elements that your web garden requires to flourish and produce.  Hopefully you will be one of the ones that has a green web thumb!
Taking Care of the the Web Garden
  • Plant only those pages that you can maintain.
  • Fertilize to update time related pages regularly.
  • Weed out old information and reseed often with new information of interest.
  • Plant some pages that need little maintenance but are informative.
  • If links to other sites are included, be sure they remain active.
  • Plant more pages as your experience in web gardening grows and the plants(pages) are established.
  • Experiment with new fertilizers(elements) that keep your page dynamic.
  • Learn more techniques to keep your web garden cultivated and free of weeds.
  • Attend more Web Garden 101 classes for the latest instruction on new gardening tools.
